Sunny Glassware Q2 PK Competition Concludes Successfully – Teamwork Drives New Achievements
Sunny Glassware Continues to Lead the Passionate Culture of the Glassware Industry
In the second quarter of 2026, Sunny Glassware held an exciting internal business PK competition. All sales staff gathered together. Under the leadership of the host Michelle, the performance results of each team and individual were announced one by one, creating an intense and enthusiastic atmosphere.
Each team took turns on stage to chant their slogans, full of fighting spirit, demonstrating the strong execution and cohesion of the Sunny Glassware team. During the "cheering and check-in" session, everyone encouraged each other, conveying a deep sense of team spirit.
The highlight of the PK competition was the awards presentation by Sunny Glassware General Manager, Angel:
Team Champion Award:
The "Vigorous Dragon and Tiger Team" successfully defended their title as the champion team from the first quarter – their strength is not to be underestimated.
Customer Acquisition Award:
Won by Cindy for her outstanding performance.
Highest Value from New Customer Award:
Claimed by Yvonne, showcasing exceptional customer development capabilities.
In addition, General Manager Angel presented the "Betting Cash Prize" for support staff. The winners, Allen and Grace, received their awards and bonuses on site. Group photos were taken, and the award recipients delivered heartfelt speeches, drawing continuous applause from the audience.
In the final segment of the PK competition, General Manager Angel hosted a unique "lottery draw" customer allocation ceremony. Based on last year's year-end performance, employees at different levels received different numbers of drawing opportunities.
All customers who had not placed an order for three years were listed and reallocated one by one, aiming to activate dormant customer resources and drive new rounds of performance growth.
Finally, all staff gathered to cheer each other on, expressing firm confidence and goals for the third quarter.
