How does Sunny Glassware control the quality

Sunny Group has offered glassware for 26 years with all kinds of products being exported to more than 30 countries and regions. Focusing on luxury fragrance products in the latest 10 years, Sunny Glassware is the supplier of 80% fragrance brands in the United States. Glass candle holders quality is the major focus of Sunny. Sunny not only adapt the extra six steps for inspection of shipments, but also control the quality more strict than customer’s QC team. But how to do this exactly? Is it just a slogan for Sunny? Let me tell you about my own experience.
It is a sunny day in the morning on 26th, Oct. A small team with four-person starts to go to Guangzhou at half-past seven. To do what? We are going to check the products which are urgent for shipping. The goods still on the way when we arrived at the factory. It is an uncontrollable situation for us. Our team leader, also the project leader, Wendy, who crazy calling to the logistic company to deliver the goods as soon as possible. Since that day is the last day to inspect the glass candle holders, otherwise she may lose the deadline for the shipping time.
God blessing. All the goods had arrived at the factory at 1:00 pm. There are almost 10,000 pcs glass candle holder and we need to finish the work in the remaining time. The fortunate thing is we have other 3 QC to help us, and the unfortunate thing is we have to work after lunch without any break. I remember that we had finished work at about 5:30 pm. It spent approximately 4.5 hours. Finally, there are still have some unqualified products, bur Wendy arranges the factory to resupply new qualified products immediately rather than choose the defective glass candle holders to fill the quantity, even though she may face a fine for late delivery. Most of my memory in that afternoon is moving the box, checking the glass candle holders, selecting the better one and moving, checking, selecting and moving... It is really boring and mechanical work. But, when we see the orderly arranged and beautiful qualified glass in front of me, we feel a huge sense of achievement.
Actually, It is unusual for sales to go to the factory and inspected by themselves. However, in order to deliver our best quality products to reach our customers in time, we will try our best to handle any possible problem and situation.
How to control quality? Not just promotional banners. Sunny does as good as the word. Even in an emergency situation, quality is the life for Sunny.
