In this world,people can't live up to expectations, they should resolve all difficulties and bother, we should learn to keep optimistic attitude and an happy state of mind when trouble in your life.So here we might try to learn three sentences, maybe is good for your health!
1. Let`s forget it
There are many things in our life, may be you cannot achieved through all your efforts , because a person's ability is limited, as long as you did it, strive for it,finally results is not important at all!
2. It doesn't matter
No matter what happens, you should say to yourself it doesn't matter, because the positive and optimistic attitude is the first step to deal with and overcome difficulties. God is fair to everyone, when they close a door,at the same time, they will open a window to you.
3. This too shall pass
No matter how hard it is raining, or continuous down several days,there is always a few days when the weather is fine, so no matter what difficulties, we should face it with with a positive attitude, believe that there is always the mood from time to time.
